Job 19:25-27
I know that my Redeemer lives, and that in the end He will stand upon the Earth. And after my skin has been destroyed, yet in my flesh I will see God; I myself will see Him with my own eyes--I and not another. How my heart yearns within me!
Job knew that Jesus would walk this Earth--that He would have a human body. And we now know that when Jesus returns to rule, we will be raised to rule with Him. All of His who have died will be raised with a glorified body, and all of His who remain alive until that day will be changed. Job didn't know how it would all happen, but he had his basic facts down.
Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
